Cant Close Ticket with Zero Value

Hi there,

Using modifiers, and being a NewB, I have somehow created entries in a ticket with zero value and now the system is not allowing me to close the ticket prompting an error saying "Can't close ticket with zero value". Although the grand total is not zero, the system seems to insist it is zero.

How can I force close the ticket?. Why is it not picking up the modifier value. I am on 2.99

It is not grand total. It is line price.
Even you increased price with modifiers item price should not be zero.
