Adding Modifier to Menu list

im new to this and a quick learner ive set up my menu and product list and now need to set up the modifier and have a menu item as scrambles and in that menu i have 6 different types of scrambles now i would like to have a modifier for for the scrambles listed as meat, veg and make that list available to all the scrambles.
can i do that?

ok this is what i have on my menu
Scrambles, Skillets, omelettes, they have about 6 different types in each category and they all share the same products so i would like to have one modifier that works for all, i named one modifier VEG and added  all the types of veg used, now i want that modifier to be available to all the menu items.

is that posible
