Got little busy with my office work. Didn't get much time to login
I wold like to add a discount note to the ticket when any discount is given, Some Person name or some occasion
I have created a free tagging ticket tag and assigned it to Department, and creatd an action with Add Ticket Discount. I would like t take a value dynamically or the system value, what should i enter in Discount Percentge Column. [ I tried giving a variable name here, but the system crashed, think it is expecting a number value only]
Before closing the ticket, the person has to update the Discount Note and this validation should be only when discount is given, so how should i configure the rule?
