One issue that arises is working out the profitability of sales.
Is it possible to produce a report to show how much profit sales make, for example coffee item costs .30 to produce but sells for £1.80 so is profitable.

A cake may cost £1.00 to buy but only sells at £1.50 so is less profitable.

Sale price - Item Cost = profit

This would be a good report to generate for sales.
