printing receipt from customer account screen

Is this facility going to be introduced in V3.

We take deposits for party bookings by setting up a customer then can transfer the table tickets to the customer account.

We currently have to print a separate receipt using Word but it would be nice if this could be included in V3 , if I could get the payment button in customer account screen to load up payment screen my problem would be solved but I have had no luck with the source in 2.99.
