Help on items not wanted on set product

Not sure if this can be done, but run a small diner where we sell set breakfasts.
some customers may not want bacon or specific item i.e.
1 Set breakfast
No egg

1 Big breakfast
Extra beans

can this be done without having to type the request
can a button be made under the menu button?

Yes, that can be set up using modifier groups.

Set up your products first, you can then add modifiers which alter the standard menu item or add additional items depending on your preference.

All i can see is the sales person would need to modify (by typing) every time a customer wants a change.
I was hoping it could be done on the main order page
i.e.

Button : Set Breakfast
buttons below : No Beans
No Toms
No Egg

etc
