I can't seem to understand how product, modifier, recipe, inventory sections are related when it comes to "build your own"
product.
Most of what we sell is "build your own" sandwiches, pizzas, wraps, and drinks and the customer gets to pick their ingredients (even in the case of a latte, they pick their flavor shot). How am I supposed to track inventory of breads, meats, cheeses, vegetables, and flavors when the "recipe" is always different depending on the customer's desire?
Am I thinking about this the wrong way, or is there no easy way to track "build your own" product inventory?
