Problem with printer Bixolon SRP-350II through USB

Hello,
finally I'm asking for help, I was using 3 months SAMBA POS with a SAMSUNG/BIXOLON printer on XP windows. Suddenly it doesnt print anymore. I have tried everything, re-install driver (4 differents drivers found on web), changed computer (XP also), changed cable, tried different options of the printer and of the usb port. Nothing. Sometimes it prints 2 and half lines (when i try to print a report).
Somebody would have an idea please?

run a test print from windows printer settings. if it is not ok then i guess its a printer problem or driver.

the test print has no effect, nothing printed. I tried to reinstall the driver from the installation CD and from the web, nothing. Finally I've sent the printer to the dealer. Waiting for his test. Will see. Thanks anyway.
