Custom Entity Screen

I am building a custom entity screen (No Table & Exit buttons too), but I want to list open tickets and I can't work out the field name for ENTITY NAME?

Are the fields the same as the Printer Templates or are they different? Is there a list of available fields.

If we are talking about the ticket lister widget yes we are using printer templates.
