show open tickets/tables in all departments

Hi all,

I have 2 departments and have been reading about cross selling but have a question. How do I see open tickets in all departments?

I have a restaurant and a deli as departments. I would like to be able to add a deli item to someones restaurant bill.

Any ideas?

If your Deli is running Department Type 'Fast Food', then click 'All Tickets' on the left side to see open tickets.

If you have no department type set, then select an item/s, then Select Table to select a table to add the item/s to.

But you will need to make sure that in your Deli Department your POS Table View is set to All Tables or atleast one table view for the Select Table button to appear.

Great Stuff...

I typed in "All Tables" in POS table view on Deli department although I dont have this option in table view and it gave me the options you mentioned.

Go to Manage->Tables->Table Views
Create 'All Tables' and add all of your tables to it.
Then go to department and it will be available for POS Table View.
Remember to logout and back in to refresh if it doesn't show up.
