1. We need 'Ticket No' listed in Description to be able to link a line on the printout to an actual sale. Currently it lists
'Customer Account Transaction [Sheather Computer Services - Acct]'
2. It would be nice to have the first line say
'Balance Brought Forward'
3. We need Customer details listed, like postal address. Basically we need to be able to customise the header of the printout like we do Ticket Printer Receipts, but keeping in mind that we will be using laser printers.
4. Because it prints the current month, we may not do statements until the new month, so we need to be able to print for the last month instead.
5. Can we automate the printing of accounts to happen on the last day of the month?
Note - In regards to 4. I have an Account Screen for Customers, showing Details, and when I select a Customer and click Account Details it shows the full account history, not just a period like Month.
