sale of limited item quantity

Shurfa:
first, tnx very much for the giant effort you made.
How can i sell a limited product quantity for each new day ?
e.g. say we prepare 10 pcs of burger, if i try to sell after 10 pcs then, a warning message says "No more burger is available".
it will be very appriciated if you can help me on this.
