actions/ rules backup suggestion for v3

Hi Emre,
I have a suggestion for V3

Would it be a good idea to have a option to backup actions and rules. Or does this happen when you create a database backup?
Would this also allow you to copy rule/actions setting to other terminals?

The rules and actions (in fact all settings) get stored in the database with the data.

So they are available to the new system when you copy the database and they are available to networked computers.
