Using Tax templates will show on Work Period Report as one total for all different tax templates.
Using Service templates will list each as a separate total for each service template.

I have 2 tax templates defined... However, I do not see them on any work reports ...

Did you assigned tax templates to product cards ?

Sorry, forgot to mention that in your tax templates you need to untick 'Tax Included to Price' to show Tax on the Work Period Report.
