I recently implemented an installation of SambaPOS, while doing it I added an action that I thought would be generally useful: 'Cancel Last Item'.
This is very useful in that you can essentially add menu buttons to accomplish any other action.
For example, add an product called 'OPEN CASH DRAWER'.
Create Rule that when that item is selected, the cash drawer print job action is executed. Then 'Cancel Last Item', and nothing changed on the ticket, but you opened the cash drawer...
Obviously, there are other ways to open the cash drawer, but that is not the point..it can be used to create a shortcut to almost anything (apply discount, select ticket tag, etc.).
