Void reasons and Gift reasons

How can i apply these in a day to day activity of the restaurant.Please give me some examples and let me know how to perfectly utilize them??

You can setup predetermined reasons, for example:

Void Reasons:
- Server Error
- Order cancelled

Then you can select one of these reasons when you want to void an item. You can also setup your print templates to show these reasons. Or just have it on the ticket for your own records.

I know there is much more then can be done, but this is just the basics.
