Easter Weekend ...
« on: April 04, 2012, 05:01:38 am »
I am still in a country where we celebrate Easter and thus have a splendid long weekend coming up. Friday as well as Monday are holidays, so we will be closed from Fri to Mon ..... I can't wait ... We really need the family time!!

We also bought vouchers last year to visit some lodges (dinner, bed and breakfast), so this will be our opportunity to use it, so just to make you a bit jealous ... this is where we will be going:

Thursday eve & Friday eve: http://www.namibialodges.com/gallery_auob.htm
Sat eve & Sunday eve: http://www.namibialodges.com/gallery_solitaire.htm

so do you also have Easter weekend?

hi you are lucky men that you can close your restaurant for holidays.
I have to concentrate all the available personal and money for this Semana santa and make some extra money because after that the winter is comming and we will depend on deliveries.

Yeah, we are a bit lucky and yes we also need the money, but we need rest and family time just as bad, money cannot compensate for that.

Good luck with Semana santa!

I am already jealous ... With a 10month old and a 2 year old there is not rest, no matter how hard you try, and removing them from there safe and comfortable environment is not a good idea, learned that AGAIN this weekend..... But we are back!

GK, didn't you get the Memo? Kids wreck long weekends.
We shipped the 2 older boys off to the relatives over the weekend, only had the 4year old left - absolutely wonderful weekend. Amazing how quiet it is with just one :)
