Custom Table Layout?

Hi,

I just started configuring Samba POS for our small cafe in the Philippines (Hello, from the Philippines! )

I followed the youtube video here : http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8yA3cTcy9RQ&feature=player_embedded#! I was doing well up until 4:24 when I'm guessing he right clicked the space? I have no idea what language he was speaking so when I right click my screen the "Design Mode" is not clickable so I cannot drag the table numbers like he does.

What should I do?

The only constraint for activating design mode is "active user should be an admin user".
