Small Printer Issue

I have finally installed into the Cafe and all the staff all love this system, which shows how good it is. The only current problem I have is that when I print a report the auto cut cuts chopping the last part of the report. How do i get the report to print a few blank lines about an inch? cant find anywhere to adapt a report print out.
