Unwanted Chracters on Receipt - Printer Problem

Hi,

i have Star Micronics TSP100 printer and when i tried to print receipt there are a lot of unsupported character and cut off before the  "Thank you for dining with us !" .. i set the printer to use 857 character set but nothing changed ..i added screen shot of the receipt , thanks for your help..

I only added <J00> {DEPARTMENT} to header to see Department names on receipt but it also printed  [UNDEFINED] , what ami doing wrong , department name is very basic elemnt and it should be printed fine , right ?

Your printer works on STAR emulation mode. You should choose EPSON emulation mode in order to make it work.

Can you tell me how to choose Epson mode ? Thanks
