I have some questions to ask, what is required and how it works the following actions:
-transmit message
Update ticket item tag

Send Message action is used for sending commands to terminals throught message server. A terminal can capture "message received" rule and start another action.

Update ticket item tag action used to tag ticket items for various needs. We used it for implementing "course / marching" feature.

is formatted as a command to be sent to a terminal?
