It would be easier to enter Item cost when you create an Item.
Is it possible to add Item cost when createing an item

ie Item coffee latte Sell x.xx  cost y.yy
Sandwich Sell x.xx Cost to make 7.yy


also a percentage markup would be nice !!!

Is it possible to alter reports format ??

Hello. We calculate an average cost from inventory purchases and consumption. That means product costs changes everyday based on your sales and purchases. For easier data entry we'll read purchase prices from latest transactions. This feature is in our todo list.

There is no user report designer yet.  We are developing a different report tool for our next major release.
