What you have done is really fantastic.
This POS still targeting small businesses. Have you a vision to enhance it in order to include the production phase till doing the menu engineering?
For example, when the restaurant enters what he paid to prepare the meals (legumes, chicken, fish, ... ) and describes what every meal contains, he can see how many sandwiches the chicken he brought can do for him etc.. For the menu, statistics can be displayed in order to know what is the top requested meal and what is the worse one, so he can act by changing or modifying the product etc...
