HELP???? Cannot Delete Sample Items or Delete items made

hello guys i am scratching my head here for hours i currently trying to deleted the sample items on the menu but i get and error and is asking me to send report the program closes  i have  also created a new menu and started to add new items but i also cannot delete and items if made by mistake please help im gonna open my restaurant in two days and i am stuck

Yeah, I am also looking for a way to delete all sample data, so that I can add all dish and menu in my language

First clear all transaction data as described here

You can't delete products while they are in use in menus. Remove them from menus first.
