Hello everyone
I would configure my sambapos in this way,
I have 4 zones:

Snack / Pizza
restaurant
Pub / Bar
Takeaway

I want to install 3 pos:

POS SNACK / PIZZA
RESTAURANT POS
POS PUB / BAR
 



Printers:

receipt printer Snack / Pizza
receipt printer Restaurant / Bar
receipt printer Pub / Bar

The kitchen:

hot kitchen printer
cold kitchen printer

Accuracy

1  Items served in SNACK / PIZZA will be billed at prices1
2  Items served in RESTAURANT will be billed at Price2
3  Items served in PUB / BAR will be billed at prices3
4  Items served in TAKEAWAY will be billed at Price4
5  Alcohols Restaurant will be printed in the printer Restaurant / Bar
6  Alcohols Pub will be printed in the printer Pub / bar
7  customers request snack items

Hello;
You'll create price definitions for each department and update prices as you need from Price List editor. Assigning Price Tags to department settings should do the job.

You'll create separate print jobs for each printout type and assign them to printers by choosing department, product groups or products by adding maps to related print jobs. I think you'll be able to solve that after few experiments.
