Title: SambaPOS available in Ubuntu?
Post by: rubeng on July 05, 2012, 12:59:12 pm
Hi all, first of all I wanted to Congratulates for the incredible work with your program. Samba is just: amazing! This is a great solution which have enable me to set-up and manage my small business!!!

Now, I've moved to another system with low resources where I had Ubuntu installed. I have tried to search on the forum but I haven't find any Ubuntu info related. I'm wondering if there's any way to have SambaPOS installed into an Ubuntu system? I know using a virtualMachine software will be OK but will faced some lag issues which I want to avoid.

so, I'm wondering if there's any way to have SambaPOS installed into an Ubuntu system?

THANKS IN ADVANCE!!!

Install WINE on your Ubuntu to run Windows applications, then install Sambapos.
