Title: problems printing receipt

When I print an invoice the characters appears vertically from top to bottom with one character after the next instead of from left to right. How do I rectify this problem ? I guess  it should be something simple but can't place my finger on the problem. Help will be very much appreciated. Waiting for a kind soul ......

If you are using an Epson printer, check the driver preferences 'Layout' 'Rotate'.

Thanks , Tommy . I returned the other printer and got an EPSON rather and its working well now.
