Title: Issue a refund or cancel a settled ticket

Hi. Is there a way to cancel/ refund/void a settled ticket?

Sorry if I am asking a dumb question but I can't seem to find a way

You can't alter paid tickets. When you refund money or correct a payment you'll do it on cash drawer module.
