Title: New user needs help with Modifiers

im new and still learning i need help with the modifiers section

my menu has scrambles, skillets and omelettes they all share the same products and each item category has sub menu
IE: Omelettes (denver, Bacado, cheese, bacon) i would like to use the modifier to be available to add or delete items i have grouped my items i the Modifier section as Veg (onions,bell peppers, Mushrooms ect) and another called Meats(ham, Bacon,Sausage ect).
how do i make this available to all the menu Items

You'll create separate modifier groups for each modifier group (vegetable selections, meat selections) and select them on product cards.

sorry you lost me there (You'll create separate modifier groups for each modifier group).
i know how to start a modifier group but lost on creating a separate modifier group for each modifier group ?
