Title: Gift tick box in Edit Product Properties

I want to use the default GIFT tick box in product properties, but when select it does not ask a reason for the GIFT.

I have set up some GIFT reasons but when the default GIFT items are select a reason is not requested and therefore they appear as undefined on the work reports.

Is this the normal behaviour, or should I be able to set the GIFT reason somewhere

I could not find any information, what that gift - tickbox in product properties is supposed to do, any ideas?

The gift item tick box automatically gifts the item when added to a ticket.

When using this tick box it is not possible to select a reason for the gift though.
