Title: Bulk SQL insert statements for Recipe and Inventory Items

Hello,
  I have a huge list of inventory items and recipe list to insert into my SambaPOS 2.99c. 

Entering manual is a pain. Can anyone please give me the SQL insert statement which I can execute using my script which supports parsing recipe/inventory data from my vendor CSV formatted file and insert to the SQL tables?
