Title: Modifier required is not honored on SambaPos 2.99c

Hello,
  I have specified modifier for my item e.g for Icecream Cone, I have flavor-modifiers as Vanilla, Chocolate and Mix and I have checked the "Selection Required" checkbox.

Now when I select the cone item and Press "Settle" button, it doesn't prompt me that modifier is required. Is there anyway to fix this?

Other option is if for a given item, one of  the modifier is required, can we display the modifier screen immediately as soon as item is entered? This will help to avoid many mistakes.

 e.g When cashier enters "Cone" as a item, it should immediately display the modifier screen with all modifiers specified for this item. Currently I have three modifiers. Now cashier can go through these modifier and confirm the size, flavor and whether they need a dip cone.

1. Portion: Large, Medium,  Small, Kids
2. Icecream flavor: Vanilla, chocolate, mix
3. Cone Dip: Chocolate, cherry
