Title: error reporting and tax

In v3 there are 2 errors on tax.
The first concerns the report, the fees are not divided, as shown in the attached file.
the second relates to the setting. the software error if a fee is added to all products (*).

I couldn't reproduced * error. If it happens again can you submit the error message?

Solved! I had to create a new database. thanks emre.
If I find more mistakes I'll be happy to report them on github.
