HELP :(  thermal Printer METEOR SPRINT R series

who could help me?
I have a big problem with ethernet thermal printer : METEOR SPRINT R series http://www.meteorbarcode.it/it/stampanti_sprint_r.php (http://www.meteorbarcode.it/it/stampanti_sprint_r.php)

I can not configure

what parameters should I use?

Yes I couldn't understand the translation but it seems printer type was set to demo or text printer.
