Title: Printer no beep with sambapos

Hello everyone,
I have added beep when ticket printed to kitchen, but its strange if i print from word doc it works (beeps), and when printing from sambapos there is no beep,

please if someone could help

Which printer is it?
Did you add <BEEP> to your printer template?
