Title: Unable to view all menu items

When POS is selected, i'm unable to view all products that i have created. only the first four under appetizers are available. why is this and how do i correct it?

have you selected the products in "MENU"?

Yes. I created products, created menu categories and linked the respective products to the menu categories. However only the four appetizers are showing in the pos. the other items in the other categories are not showing.

I have also troubleshooted by adding more products to appetizers to see if the other categories somehow were not registering, but still only the original four appetizer products are showing.

Any suggestions?

What database setup are you using ?

Can you post a screenshot of the menu page with the add product open for the failing categories ?

I have never had this issue when using SambaPos

Thanks lemmings but I just started over from scratch and everything is working now.
