Title: cash drawer connected through printer not working on sambapos2.9 version

Hi

Am working on sambapos version 2.9, and i created a new print job for cash drawer and configured the cash drawer but still it is not opening when a sale is being done.can anyone help please.

I assume your receipts are printing, so have you added the Cash Drawer codes to the receipt Header Template section and tested by printing a receipt ?
Did you add the Cash Drawer print job to the terminal ?

Yes now it is opening the cash drawer after i put the code but having another problem , the cash drawer is opening only after the sale is close and not when i click on print bill button .

Sounds like you have different printer templates for your receipts? if so add the cash drawer codes to these too.
