Title: problem printing

hello Emre, JohnS,

I have first installed a ticket printer with no automatic cut, and that work well.
I have change and install Star TSP100 printer with auto cutting, and I have 3 problem

it cut in the middle of TOTAL
I have a interogation point at the begining of each line
the cararter are all the same, not a big one for name

I have try to change in the printer option, but no change

Most probably it works on Star Emulation mode. You should switch it to ESC/POS emulation mode.
