Title: Table Screen

Hello All,
Attached is the Table Screen that I cut from http://code.google.com/p/sambapos/. (http://code.google.com/p/sambapos/.) Can somebody point me the direction on how to create a Table Screen like this? I went to Manage->Tables->Table View. I select my Table View and then I click "Edit Table View". I selected View Mode to "Custom". But all I can do is to move around the default Square Table on the Table Screen.  How do I add "Toilet" sign, Cashier, Stairs etc? That Background Image edit field, what does it do? I tried to put my own drawing file in there, but my Table Screen does not show my drawing file.
