Another question, SAMBA is working with italian cash register?
I've no idea how they works...

It depends. I don't now Italian laws but connecting cash registers to computers is forbidden in my country. But it is allowed to connect barcode readers :) For some cash register models we can send product barcodes (or product group code) and prices from barcode reader port.
