How do i use this feature.? pls let me know how to connect to a networked computer and what software should i install?

Caller id feature works with a widely used usb caller id box in our country. I don't know if it's driver works with other caller id devices.

CIDSHOW, manufacturer confirmed that,  same box preferred at England, Romania, Belgium etc.
