Title: Numerators,TransactionsTicket tagging,Taxing

Am too new to the system and i seriously love it but trust me it is useless for me to know very few functions of the program yet i want to operate a restaurant with it.Any one with proper knowledge of the above and how each can function well.Please help me and share some knowledge because at times i get so stuck.Hope to hear from you soon.I want to use tax to the benefit of the business  but how??

Numerators - Unique numbering system for tracking sales. Primarily used for receipt numbers, ticket numbers
Transactions - Inventory management like adding a purchase order
Ticket Tagging - Is used to store information for use with Rules, or for reference. Ticket Tags are a very important part to getting the full power out of SambaPOS
Taxing -??
