Title: SambaPOS 2.96 Released!

Here are the updates:

+ A simple technique implemented for filtering out some accidental clicks on table selection screen and login screen.
+ Printer template expressions improved for more cases.
+ Some SQL Tables indexed for better performance on Work Period Report.
+ Croatian (hr) and Brasil Portuguese (pt-br) languages updated.
- A bug fixed that crashes some "Duplicate" operations on management screen.
- Some delete operations that generates error fixed.

And.. some more little improvements and fixes.
