Title: Deleted Transaction and End of Day records

Hi,

We have finally managed to setup the solution for our small fastfood chain and during setup we've made various transactions for testing and data entry. We are unable to figure out as to how we can get rid of the tickets we have created as well as the End of Day transaction records in the products section, as without removing that we are unable to get rid of the dummy inventory items we have used for testing.
