Go to my documents > SambaPOS2 folder. There is a file named SambaData2.sdf and it is the database file. Rename it and restrart SambaPOS. This should restart everythig.

Selam, Yes you can add a logo. The logo insertion tag is <BMP>. You can use it like <BMP c:\logo.bmp>. <BMP>c:\logo.bmp  Edit "Ticket Template" and add this line at the end of the footer template or the beginning of the header template. For this example you should save the logo image inside c:\logo.bmp file.

PS: I accidentally noticed you updated your post. Feel free to add a new post or new topic for your questions. Thanks

Sorry, the exact format should be <BMP>[bmp file name.bmp]
So you should add something like:

<BMP>C:\logo.bmp

Add this as a single line at the top of header template.

First Question:
Did you converted your logo image to BMP format and saved it under c:\logo.bmp file?

Second Question:
* Navigate to: Manage > Products > Menu List
* Double click to a menu.
* Choose a menu category
* Click "Edit Product Properties"

You'll find required settings for color and image there.
