Title: CONNECTING restaurant computers to communicate with ipads

What does it need for 4 computers on a network with sambapos to communicate directly with the ipads being used by the waitresses?? She/he takes an order on the i pad which sends it straight to the kitchen and accounts without her moving to and fro???
