Title: Printing and Print Format?

Hi Guys!!!

Recently download this Software for my company's new restaurant. This seems to suit the restaurant well. Had some problems while adding new products/categories and issues with currency but kinda managed..I really want this to work!

So right now am having an issue with the Ticket Printing. I tried to print a bill but the output was awful. I don't know much how to work this out. The Boss told me that he want the bill to come with certain kind of format.. like restaurant name on the top etc..Can somebody give me some tips and guide please because i totally don't know what to do.
