Title: Inventory Management Recording wate/flat beer

Hi,

Its end of day the waiter tells you he had two flat beers and one fish fillet is not too fresh. How do you record these.

So basically you want to adjust the inventory?
If so use End of Day in Settings

Yes after ending the work period sambapos automatically produces an end of day document. You can open latest one and adjust "pyhsical inventory" part as needed.
