Title: Print Receipt After "Get Payment"

Hi,

Tried searching for an answer to this question but couldn't find anything.

When you go into Customer Accounts and use "Get Payment" to pay off the account is there a way to automatically print a receipt of the transaction?

Hello whiterabiit.
This feature is not available yet but we'll implement it.
Do you have a sample printout?
What I'm wondering is if we should print a receipt for the transaction or we should print all transactions of an account with the balance.

I don't need to print all transactions.  I think it should just be the total balance, with amount paid and remaining balance, if any.

Do you think we could get this for version 2? :)  Or do we have to wait until version 3?

Hello whiterabbit.

I personally only do bug fixes on V2 so you can expect new features for V3.
If someone interested on implementing it I can merge it and update V2 setup.

But don't expect it to happen soon :) We have a lot of users but positive user activity on our websites is too limited to attract more developers. When people only talks about problems it looks like crap and not valuable enough to care.

I work hard to overcome this. We'll see if I'll be able to change it or not.

Yeah, totally understand.

I did find a work around.  I created a button within the POS to print the account balance.  Going to use this as receipt of payment for our records for now.

Can you share with me how you have created this button that prints the accounts/balances?
