Title: help : cover charge / services

Hello friends

please :

How to include the cover charge or the service in the bill  or in the ticket automatically

ps :  - the cover charge item is for each person
        - the service item is for each table

cover charge example :
cover charge = 1$
person = 4

total : 4$

service example :
person on table = 4 or person table = 7

  the service is = 2$

Quote

on the ticket print : 
  - Total: .... ...........xx$
  - Service ....... ......2$
  - cover charge .....4$
